About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Full-stack / Backend Engineer to join our team.

Key skills include:

  • Backend: Python, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, AWS, Docker
  • Frontend: Nextjs / React, Typescript
  • Fundamental knowledge of LLMs: embeddings, RAG, vector databases

We're open to hiring a "generalist" with strong backend experience, but also willing to consider candidates with a mix of backend and frontend skills.

As our third engineering hire, you'll have full ownership of our backend business logic and architecture, and will play a key role in shaping our team culture.

  • You'll have the opportunity to learn from our founders and contribute to the growth of our team.
  • You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and adaptability, as priorities may shift and timelines may change.

  • Call 2: 20-minute follow-up with the other founder
  • Call 3 (if required): 10-15 minute call to discuss specific areas of interest
