Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic catering team in Yeovil as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our corporate colleagues, clients, and customers
  • Assist in daily food preparation tasks, serving up our mouth-watering menus
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including the dining area and kitchen facilities
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively and a willingness to assist in various tasks needed
