**Job Summary:**

We are partnering with a reputable housing association to recruit a Housing Management Solicitor for a locum position. The successful candidate will join a growing team and work on a full-time, fully remote basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as part of the Housing Management and Property Litigation team, providing expertise in areas such as Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), possession cases, debt recovery, and breaches of tenancy.
  • Advise on First Tier Tribunal cases, trespass/Right of Way/breach of Easement claims, and landlord/leaseholder breach of contract/lease terms.
  • Support and advise regional Lawyers to enable them to prepare and draft their own pleadings.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in social housing or a local authority.
  • Two years+ PQE.

**Desirable Skills and Knowledge:**

  • Disrepair.
  • ASB.
  • Possession claims.
  • Debt recovery.
  • Breaches of tenancy.

**Working Hours:**

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
