Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Building Services Technician to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mechanical Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for providing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance services to various contracts in the Fife area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Complete fault finding and repair of mechanical plant and equipment
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical plant faults, ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
* Submit clear, concise, and accurate reports of work carried out

Requirements:

* Current qualifications to work as a Mechanical Engineer, including a recognised apprenticeship, City and Guilds qualification in Heating or Plumbing, and Mechanical City & Guilds Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B'
* BMS experience and multi-skilling capability
* Conversant with Mechanical Plant/Plumbing related Building Services PPM's
* Valid driving license and access to a company van
