About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care to our residents.

Your focus will be on ensuring the dignity and respect of each resident, while also recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risk of falls. You will act courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. You will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home.

You will be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members, and be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
