Substance Abuse Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Specialist to join our team at Medigold Health.

About the Role:

This is a flexible opportunity that requires the individual to carry out alcohol and drug testing at various client sites, following strict protocols and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct alcohol and drug testing using the relevant equipment and paperwork, ensuring accurate completion of protocols and other documentation.
• Attend client sites to perform scheduled and unscheduled testing, adhering to Company and Network Rail standards.
• Provide administration support by submitting weekly availability and being prepared for call-outs within a two-hour timeframe.
• Collect accurate information and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
• Support the Client Services Team in process improvements and promote Medigold Health in a positive manner.
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with clients.

Requirements:

• No prior experience in the alcohol and drug industry is required, as full training is provided.
• A full driving license is necessary for this role.

Benefits:

• The salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
