• Direct the inbound and outbound logistic processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize costs.

• Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Participate in audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Develop and implement training programs for the Warehouse and custom duties team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.

• A degree in Engineering or a related field would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in SAP is required.

• Excellent knowledge of material handling and management practices.

• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations and supply chain control systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and direct the team.
