**About the Job:**

We are looking for a Head of Acquisition and Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our acquisition and partnerships strategy, which includes managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of partnership development, corporate social responsibility, and fundraising. They should be highly analytical, with experience in monitoring financial reports and budgeting. Additionally, they should have knowledge of mass participation event fundraising, including donor stewardship and recruitment.

This role requires strong planning and project management skills, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing a varied workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our acquisition and partnerships team and developing strategies to increase unrestricted fundraising income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our acquisition and partnerships strategy
  • Lead our acquisition and partnerships team and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage a varied workload
  • Monitor financial reports and budgeting
  • Recruit new supporters and grow our existing supporter base

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partnership development, corporate social responsibility, or fundraising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with fundraising databases and software
