Senior Inventory Administrator

At Cadent, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring stock turnover, and analyzing material usage to optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels across all plants in Fleet and Logistics, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Monitor stock turnover ratios and set Re-order points/Min/Max levels to optimize inventory levels.
  • Analyze material usage at SKU level, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
