Job Title: Construction Solicitor

Are you a skilled Construction Solicitor looking for a new challenge? We are partnering with a top-tier law firm in Belfast to find a talented solicitor to join their esteemed construction team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven professional with a passion for non-contentious construction law to advise on and draft a wide range of construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, and bespoke agreements. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years PQE in non-contentious construction law, with a strong focus on contract drafting and advisory work.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and risk management within the construction industry.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex legal documentation and negotiations.
  • A client-focused approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
