Accounts Tax Manager

TPF Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Accounts & Tax Junior Manager to join a thriving independent accountancy practice in Maidstone, Kent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied client portfolio, preparing statutory accounts, overseeing bookkeeping and accounting records, and preparing VAT and tax returns. They will also work closely with the senior management team, supporting Partners with projects and contributing to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in accountancy, preferably ACA/ACCA qualified or by experience, with at least 3 years of experience within an accountancy practice. Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage would be advantageous.
The practice offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience and background, as well as parking, a competitive pension/holiday allowance, and genuine career prospects, including potential partnership prospects in the future.
