About the Role

We are currently seeking a Commercial Surveyor to join our team on a large residential conversion project in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveying professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our client's project.

The role will involve managing the commercial side of the project from site, which will include understanding risks and opportunities, providing accurate cash flows, and undertaking sub-contract procurement. Experience of similar size projects, preferably with high-rise residential BTR schemes, is essential.
