IC Design Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced IC Design Manager to lead and grow a new ASIC design team at IC Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of analog and digital IC engineers focusing on a new chip for wearable applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage all areas of the design process from concept to production silicon, including product specification, architectural development, transistor-level and RTL design, modelling, verification (block and chip level), DFT, layout, physical design, lab validation
* Lead and manage a team of IC engineers, providing technical guidance and support
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development

**Requirements**

* Extensive technical background in either analog or digital IC design
* Mixed-signal / DSP experience if from a digital background
* Strong line management and technical leadership skills up to tape out
* Strong communication and strategic skills
