The Role

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Equipment Manager to prioritize and deliver day-to-day KPIs in the engineering department. As a first point of contact, you'll work closely with the engineering manager and external stakeholders on engineering activities.

Your key duties will include maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving equipment reliability, assisting in planning and delivering engineering activities, and reading, writing, and implementing QMS documentation into engineering works.

This role involves working in shifts, with a varied schedule including mornings and afternoons.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for leading maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Distribute and monitor team work to achieve the delivery of a Planned maintenance program, ensuring equipment reliability and improving asset performance.
  • Remain up-to-date with the online ticketing system, ensuring timely completion of work orders and accurate asset history.
  • Lead the department RCA to prevent issues from reoccurring.
  • Perform calibration services according to work order instructions, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of equipment, enhancing safety, efficiency, changeovers, and minimizing downtime.
  • Ensure daily admin tasks are completed, including shift handover and DRM board updates.
  • Participate in packing and manufacturing tier 1 meetings and communicate actions back to engineering.
