Massage Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Massage Therapists in our Ealing location to join The Massage Company team. Our unique membership model provides regular customers and a comprehensive training program.

Requirements:

• BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (International qualifications accepted)
• Ability to work at least 12 hours per week, ensuring a consistent schedule
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, accommodating different needs
• Knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Sports Massage techniques, essential for delivering high-quality services
• Willingness to learn advanced techniques from our Certified training program, promoting continuous improvement
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication, crucial for building strong relationships
• Understanding of the benefits of high-quality massage for physical and lifestyle well-being, enabling informed advice
• Ability to perform consecutive 50-minute to 80-minute quality massage therapy sessions with regular breaks, maintaining productivity
• Promotion of internal upgrades, such as hot stones, scalp massage, and aromatherapy, increasing revenue
• Conducting specific massage sessions based on individual customer needs, tailoring services
• Highlighting the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy, educating clients
• Creating an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring satisfaction
• Maintaining professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas, upholding standards
• Eligibility to work in the UK and proficient English communication skills, meeting legal requirements
