Job Title: Crisis Management and Resilience Specialist

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Cambridgeshire for a ContrOCC Specialist to join their team on a temporary part-time basis. The role will be worked on a hybrid basis of one day per fortnight in office.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and recommend changes to the ContrOCC system, ensuring seamless testing and approval processes to move from development to live implementation.
  2. Identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions in collaboration with the Business and Digital Services Team.
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and Programme Management, reporting any risks or issues to the Project Manager/deputy.
  4. Utilize expertise in identifying programme of works and developing financial processes to drive business efficiency.
  5. Provide recommendations for changes to financial systems to senior members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
