Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance in a commercial office building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including lighting, emergency lighting, control panels, and BMS system monitoring.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of building systems.
  • Collaborate with a maintenance engineer and apprentice engineer to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Maintain accurate log books and update records as necessary.
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification.
  • 17th or 18th Edition certification.
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing skills.
Package:
  • Competitive salary up to £45,000 based on experience and qualifications.
