Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Classroom Support Officer, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and provide support to students with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting teachers in the classroom, preparing resources and materials, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons and provide additional support to students with special educational needs.
• Prepare resources and materials for lessons, including lesson plans and activity sheets.
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate.
• Two professional child-related references.

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
