Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves in Winchmore Hill, Enfield. As a Special Needs Support Assistant, you will work closely with children who require additional support in their learning and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with various Special Educational Needs
  • Assist teachers in developing and implementing learning plans for students
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth learning environment

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a degree in Psychology from a reputable UK University or have relevant experience working with children with special needs
  • Demonstrate strong basic maths and English knowledge to effectively support students

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £95 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
  • Paid weekly via PAYE
  • Potential permanent position offered after the academic year
