**Job Description:** As an aquatic educator, you will play a vital role in developing the swimming skills of students with autism (ASD) at a SEN primary school in Chigwell, East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and inclusive swimming programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement lesson plans that promote student engagement and progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and staff
  • Collaborate with the school's aquatic program team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

**Requirements:

  • England Swim (ASA) Level 2 Swimming Instructor Qualification or equivalent international qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current lifesaving qualification (preferable)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols

**Salary and Benefits:
