Commercial Finance Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team at Healix Group of Companies. As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our pricing strategy, ensuring profitability, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
  • Develop pricing models that ensure profitable margins are achieved while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Design presentations to prospective clients that clearly articulate the value proposition and pricing structure.
  • Develop a model to capture pricing data, including accepted and lost opportunities, to support future decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and business goals.
  • Utilize Excel and PowerBI to create and maintain pricing/revenue models and analytical reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for modelling and data visualization.
  • CIMA qualified.
  • 3+ years' experience in Commercial Finance Analysis, with a strong background in Pricing/Margin analysis.
Desired Criteria:
  • Experience in the Risk Management and Healthcare industry.
