Solutions Architect - Zenith

Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:

The Solutions Architect will work with various stakeholders to design and implement business and IT solutions that meet the company's needs. The role will focus on CRM and FSM, working with Dynamics 365, on the continued roll-out and development of these products across global sites. The Solutions Architect will collaborate to identify gaps, roadmaps, and solutions to support the migration from the legacy estate.

The successful applicant will play a key role within the Zenith programme and provide important support across the wider business as the team grows, with the opportunity to develop into the Lead Functional Consultant for CRM/FSM.

Your Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practice, opportunities, and threats in the CRM/FSM space, working closely with Product Owners.
  • Lead pre-project scoping and cross-domain, cross-function, and cross-organisational alignment activities.
  • Contribute to business case creation and roadmap planning of new projects.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into viable business solutions.
  • Facilitate solution design workshops and document proposed solutions.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and trends, providing recommendations.
  • Lead the solution identification and evaluation, facilitating business-facing and technical product demo sessions.

Your Previous Experience:

  • Well-rounded experience as a Functional Consultant/Solutions Architect with a focus on CRM/FSM business applications.
  • Leading/working on Dynamics CRM/FSM projects and application development.
  • Working with Azure and leading implementation of COTS and SaaS applications & cloud technologies for a global user base.
  • Designing and developing software solutions using various technologies and platforms.
  • Working with global teams, across multiple time zones, languages, and cultures.
  • Working within large, complex organisations and building an understanding of the interdependencies and impacts of proposed solutions.
