Africa Safari Travel Expert Role

We are seeking an experienced Africa Safari Travel Expert to join our vibrant and knowledgeable team at Ambitions Recruitment Limited.

About the Job:

In this role, you will provide a concierge-style service to travelers, utilizing your knowledge and experience selling Africa to create journeys that exceed expectations and generate repeat and referral business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, tailoring personalized Africa travel experiences
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of safari reserves and camps in Africa, staying up-to-date on the latest travel trends and developments
  • Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Prioritize workload, managing multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure seamless delivery of travel experiences
  • Drive business growth through exceptional sales skills, leveraging a passion for Africa travel to exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Passion for Africa travel, with personal travel experience in Africa
  • Experience working in the travel industry, with a strong knowledge of African landscapes and cultures
  • Excellent logistical travel knowledge of Africa, with the ability to plan and execute seamless travel experiences
  • Strong sales skills, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience and achievement
