Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Birch House Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying and prioritizing residents' needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with the care team
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
