NILGOSC is looking for a Governance Framework Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of the Governance Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality governance framework, including policies, processes, and procedures.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on our organisation's governance framework. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement a governance framework that aligns with organisational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality governance framework, including policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Lead the Governance Team and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Monitor and review internal controls, ensuring they are robust and effective.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree (at least 2:1) or equivalent third-level qualification.
  • Two years' experience working in governance, internal control/audit, risk management, data protection, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff.
  • Sound knowledge of governance principles and practices.
