Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Refurbishment

Location: South East London

Salary: Up to £60K + Car Allowance + Benefits

CV Library is working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in the South East who are now actively recruiting a Quantity / Senior Surveyor. Projects are Social Housing refurbishment; the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

  1. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their requirements.
  3. Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  4. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  5. Manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Quantity / Senior Surveyor, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  2. Experience working within social housing on planned refurbishment / painting and decorating projects.
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
