Job Title: Lead CNC Miller Setter

Location: Redditch, West Midlands

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Days with flexibility on start and finish

Rate: Up to £20hr with Overtime available

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our team in Redditch, West Midlands. As a leading family-run business with a history dating back to 1987, we work with major blue-chip clients in the automotive, healthcare, and aerospace industries.

As a sliding head setter, you will have the opportunity to work on brand new machines as we expand our Milling Section. With plenty of overtime available and a competitive rate of up to £20 per hour, this permanent contract offers stability and growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Experience working with 4 axis Milling Machines.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls would be ideal, though other controls considered.
  • Familiarity with offline CAD/CAM is essential, any software accepted.
  • Experience organising machine schedules.
  • Able to lead and support more junior colleagues.
