Skilled Community Care Worker

As a skilled Registered Nurse, your key responsibilities will include providing emotional support and practical assistance to individuals with complex care needs. This may involve administering medication, monitoring healthcare needs, and maintaining a safe environment. You will also be responsible for accurate and timely record keeping and incident/accident reports. With an estimated salary of £30-£40 per hour depending on experience and location, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
