Job Title: Chemotherapy Community Nurse Role
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at MediTalent Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
- Delivering one-to-one care to patients, building relationships and supporting them throughout their treatment journey
- Administering chemotherapy treatments and monitoring patients' responses
- Providing education to patients and their families about chemotherapy treatments, potential side effects, and self-care measures
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse with experience in administering Cytotoxic drugs
- Qualified in clinical assessment and patient care
- Full UK Driving License for travel between locations
