Responsibilities also include discussing repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor, communicating additional service requests to a service advisor, and providing labor time estimates to a service advisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring repair time and updating the service advisor regularly, maintaining strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation, attending company and factory training, and keeping current with factory technical bulletins.

Requirements

  • One to three months of related experience and training
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
