Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team based in Welling.

Location: On site, covering two large school premises in Welling.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview:

As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will work within the Facilities team, supporting them in the day-to-day running of the contract. Your primary responsibilities will include managing operations, maintaining excellent levels of service for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety policy, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing services operations
  • Manage and maintain high levels of service for PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure all work adheres to health and safety policy
  • Drive team performance

Requirements:

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in team management, particularly those with PFI experience within facilities management and CAFM experience. We encourage candidates with transferrable skills to apply, as we value diversity and inclusion at Kier Group.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
