We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Intermediate Care Service. The successful candidate will work across both our North locality teams, covering Huntingdon and Peterborough, and will be required to work in patients' own homes and private provider care homes.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake assessments of patients with complex and multiple pathologies using specialist clinical reasoning skills.
- Identify patient needs, agree goals, and provide appropriate therapy interventions, equipment, and rehabilitation programmes.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner within the integrated multi-professional team.
- Provide support and education to peers, junior staff, non-registered staff, and students.
