About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Wildlife Fundraiser. As a key member of our conservation team, you will play a vital role in driving positive change and inspiring others to join us in preserving nature.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various venues to set up fundraising stands and engage with the public, promoting our conservation efforts and inspiring individuals to become lifelong members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential supporters, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve fundraising targets and contribute to the overall success of our conservation efforts.
  • Participate in comprehensive training to gain knowledge and skills in wildlife conservation, fundraising, and customer service.
  • Enjoy the benefits of a company van, with fuel and parking costs paid for, and a flexible contract between 3 to 5 days per week.

Requirements
  • A passion for conservation and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license for use in the UK.
  • Happy to work 3 out of 4 weekends and travel an average of an hour away from home each day.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and independently.
  • Fundraising/Sales and Customer Service experience is desirable, but not required.
