About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Casual Duty Manager at East Riding Leisure Driffield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery and contributing to the health and safety and operational running of the centre.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers;
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Assisting in the management of day-to-day operations;
  • Liaising with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

This is a casual position, working on a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the leisure industry and hold relevant qualifications such as RLSS National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work, and Pool Plant Operator's qualification.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours)
