About the Role:

We are seeking an inspirational leader to drive our property strategy for now and the future. As Head of Property and Facilities, you will play a key role in shaping the workplace experience for our colleagues across the UK and Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all Property and Facilities activities, working closely with senior leaders and the Board
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional workplace experiences
  • Shape and execute a property strategy that supports diverse ways of working and meets current and future workforce demands
  • Explore opportunities to generate income from our property portfolio
  • Develop technology used to improve efficiency and customer service
  • Manage third-party suppliers to ensure excellent service and contractual compliance
  • Take financial accountability for Premises capital and revenue budgets
  • Champion our sustainability goals, driving the transition to carbon neutral by 2025

About You:

We're looking for an experienced leader with a track record of successfully delivering £10m+ property and facilities projects. You will have a deep understanding of cost management and property trends across the UK and Europe, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
