Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Butlins in Skegness. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the skills of our team in one of our fantastic food venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the skills of our culinary team
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar level role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy kitchen
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification and knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices
