Quarriers Mearns View is seeking two part-time Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide daily support to adults with Autism, enabling them to live full and happy lives. You will assist with cooking, cleaning, appointments, activities, and hobbies, as well as personal care, depending on individual needs.

A driving license is essential, as some of the people supported have access to their own vehicle. You will work a 3-week rolling rota, with a typical part-time post consisting of 2 x 12 hour shifts on a rotation. Sleepover shifts are paid at an hourly rate of \u00a312.00.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to build long-lasting trusting relationships, demonstrate compassion and kindness, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will also need to be resilient, reliable, and an excellent listener, with excellent communication skills, including verbal and written English.
