Credit Risk Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at JAC Recruitment (UK) Ltd. in London. As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing financial statements and preparing credit reviews for applications from UK business departments and affiliate companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing financial statements and preparing credit reviews for applications from UK business departments and affiliate companies.
  • Recommend credit ratings/limits and credit enhancement as appropriate.
  • Manage the inflow and outflow of Credit Applications.
  • Conduct sanction checks of new counterparties and register the entities on the SAP system and handle related queries.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years Credit Analyst experience or Bookkeeping certification.
  • An understanding of company accounts including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
  • A self-motivated, commercially oriented and driven individual who can demonstrate an understanding of credit risk assessment and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Basic-Intermediate Excel).
  • Proactive and flexible with excellent time management skills.

Location and Working Hours:

London, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 05:00pm.

Eligibility:

Eligible to work in the UK without any restriction.
