Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our 5-a-side complex in Wembley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximising revenue, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Managing a team of internal staff, including reception and referees
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, team captains, local schools, and football coaches

You will work closely with our marketing team to promote our services and products, and ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Experience in sales or operations management, preferably in the sports industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work towards financial targets and KPIs
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
