Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to conduct SE activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept through to in-service, of complex integrated maritime systems in the UK Defence Sector. Your technical expertise will support the development and growth of SE expertise, and your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of Systems Engineering models, techniques, lifecycle planning, delivering and reporting
  • Experience of requirements development, design, integration and acceptance
  • Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering/Software/Hardware engineering (SE processes and methodologies (iaw. ISO 15288/INCOSE))
  • Strong team player with good people and communication skills
Required Skills & Qualifications

As a Senior Systems Engineer, your skills and qualifications will include:

  1. Accountable for completion of Systems Engineering activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
  2. Support the implementation of Systems Engineering processes
  3. Support/lead stakeholder technical reviews
  4. Engage multi-discipline teams to facilitate successful delivery
  5. Ensure delivery in accordance with company standards of conduct
