Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic estate agency team in Rickmansworth. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for arranging and attending viewings, managing daily enquiries, and negotiating and progressing offers through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and attend viewings and manage daily enquiries
  • Book valuations and photoshoots
  • Negotiate and progress offers through to completion
  • Servicing the applicant database
  • Proactively source new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Minimum of one year's experience in Estate Agency
  • Knowledge of the local area and a full UK driving licence with own car
