Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our team in Halesowen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair and paint work on commercial vehicles.

• Carry out repair work on commercial vehicles to meet industry standards.
• Complete all relevant documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify and report any safety risks or regulatory violations.
• Protect vehicles under repair and inspect for damage and cleanliness upon completion.
• Participate in training courses as required and assist in training apprentices.
• Maintain a high standard of welding and quality control.

• Experience in repair and paint work, preferably with commercial vehicles.
• Proficiency with 2-pack and water-based paint.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
