Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Education Needs Teacher to join our team at River Mill School in Stratford St, Mary, Suffolk.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with complex needs
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Qualification in special education (e.g., PGCE or B.Ed.)
  • Proven experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
