We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Executive to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and advise on current and new legislation to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with enforcement agencies, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective health and safety management.
- Ensure all health and safety responsibilities are carried out fully and effectively.
- Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and assist in risk assessments of machinery and operational activities.
- Oversee employer liability insurance claims and provide statistical data to support asset improvement activities.
- Ensure regular safety audits and risk assessments are conducted.
- Develop and implement site safety improvement plans.
About you
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Safety Executive with a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (or equivalent) and relevant experience in EHS leadership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
