Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the account manager in delivering the agreed contract with the client, ensuring performance and KPIs are met.
  • Manage the commercial delivery to the client, including managing relationships with subcontractors and operational links.
  • Process sub-contractor and supplier invoices through the in-house system with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Client invoicing through Verisae and Siclops with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Monitor contractual billing deadlines and ensure they are met.
  • Prepare client-specific reports and provide exceptional customer service.
