Job Description

Baxter Hall Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Verification and Validation Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract basis.

About the Role

  • Lead Verification and Validation activities on major programmes in the automotive or heavy industry sectors.
  • Define a design verification plan (DVP) and advise on optimum test-asset quantities and scheduling tests.
  • Support test engineers and test operations manager, ensuring development and sign-off testing activities are completed to project timelines.
  • Adapt to changing availability of parts and facilities, and recover from unforeseen issues to minimise risk to the programme.

Requirements

  • Experience of working on Verification and Validation in the automotive or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced culture and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for electrification or cutting-edge engineering.
