Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the organization's data assets, ensuring they are accessible to analysts and end-users.
  • Identify optimal analytical methods and products to support business priorities.
  • Lead statistical and data science projects that derive insight from data.
  • Engage senior leaders with insight stories from data analysis.
  • Lead portfolio(s), managing key customers, understanding the needs of their service(s).
  • Represent the team, embedding the use of analytics across all decision making.
  • Embedding quality robust, ethical, and legal processes across all teams work.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience.
  • Considerable demonstrable experience displaying leadership behaviours in data analytics teams.
