Our McCarthy Stone community in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire is looking for a dedicated Care Supervisor to support our residents in living their best lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our care team, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our management team to ensure the smooth running of our care home, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Recruit, train, and develop our care team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

Requirements:

  • A UK L3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a Senior Care position, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being of our residents.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £14.47 per hour (day rate) and £11.82 per hour (night rate), plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
