Lead Full Stack Developer Opportunity

Ventula Consulting is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join their growing development team in London.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the CTO, managers, and technical teams to lead and support the growth, development, and maintenance of their bespoke platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve high-quality software delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
  • Ensure the technical direction of the platform aligns with business goals
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer in a SaaS company
  • Extensive knowledge of React, Node, and TypeScript
  • Experience with tRPC and GraphQL is essential
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch is desirable
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK Right to Work; no sponsorship options available
