Psychology Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduate to join our Special Educational Needs and Mental Health (SEMH) school in Warrington. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role:

As a member of our educational team, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to create a holistic approach to student development. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help create a positive and nurturing learning environment, empowering students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Work collaboratively with the educational team to create a safe and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and success.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the educational team and parents.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
